Making breakfast for Dad is a great way to show him how much you care and to celebrate Father’s Day together at the kitchen table. Although a simple bacon and eggs breakfast is delicious, our Father’s Day Bagel Brunch Board is a fun spin on this morning meal. Now, grab a wooden cutting or serving board or serving tray and take a look at how to put this easy recipe together.
Ingredients
Directions
- Divide cream cheese between 2 bowls. Add maple syrup and cayenne pepper to one bowl. Add crumbled bacon and blue cheese to the other. Whisk each cream cheese mixture until thoroughly combined. Season each, to taste, with kosher salt and black pepper. Set aside.
- Divide softened butter between 2 bowls. Add honey and walnuts to one bowl. Add garlic, Parmesan and parsley to the other. Season to taste with kosher salt and black pepper. Whisk each butter mixture until thoroughly combined and set aside.
-
To assemble, arrange prepared spreads on a large cutting board or serving platter with assorted bagels, croissants, jam, fruits, ham, cheese, bacon, eggs and garnishes.
*Tip: Instead of making your own flavored cream cheese and butter, substitute for store-bought options from your local Food Lion to save time.
