A colorful, tasty side dish that will add a little zip to your next gathering.

  1. In a large skillet, saute the onions and peppers in the butter for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the bag of corn, the water, the salt, the sugar, and the chili powder, then cook for an additional 7 minutes.
  3. Garnish with a few slices of mini bell pepper and dried parsley, if desired.
