We prefer our guacamole loaded with thick chunks of avocado and full of spices for a kick, but this recipe is completely versatile and can be made smoother and with less bite, whichever way you like it!
- In a large bowl, place the avocado (without the pit) and the lime juice and toss to cover the avocado in juice.
- With a fork or potato masher, mash the avocado until the desired consistency (chunky or smooth). Add in the spices and mix well. Add in the tomatoes and onions or sprinkle on top, whichever you prefer. Enjoy!
