Treat yourself and prepare this filet mignon for one! Succulent, juicy and mouthwatering, you won't be disappointed!

  1. Heat a small frying pan over medium-high heat.
  2. Dust both sides of the steak with the pepper.
  3. Add the red wine and the balsamic vinegar to the pan. Sear both sides of the steak and the outsides until they turn lightly brown.
  4. Lower heat just a touch and cover the pan with a lid and let the steak cook for 5 minutes or so on each side or until desired doneness inside.
