A quick-and-yummy, happy-tummy lunch that is sure to bring smiles.
Pour the Corn Flakes in a zip-top bag along with the lemon pepper seasoning and the salt. Use a rolling pin to crush the cereal. Pour the cereal in a bowl.
In a small separate bowl, beat the egg.
Place the flour in a third bowl.
Dredge each fish stick in the flour and shake off the excess.
Place each floured fish stick in the egg and coat well.
Place each egg-covered fish stick in the cereal mixture and coat generously.
Place on a lined baking sheet and bake in a 400-degree oven for 15 minutes or until the fish sticks are flaky. Enjoy!
