Fish Sticks

A quick-and-yummy, happy-tummy lunch that is sure to bring smiles.


Select ingredients:


  1. Pour the Corn Flakes in a zip-top bag along with the lemon pepper seasoning and the salt. Use a rolling pin to crush the cereal. Pour the cereal in a bowl.
  2. In a small separate bowl, beat the egg.
  3. Place the flour in a third bowl.
  4. Dredge each fish stick in the flour and shake off the excess.
  5. Place each floured fish stick in the egg and coat well.
  6. Place each egg-covered fish stick in the cereal mixture and coat generously.
  7. Place on a lined baking sheet and bake in a 400-degree oven for 15 minutes or until the fish sticks are flaky. Enjoy!
