Whisk together the pudding mix and milk in a medium bowl for 2 minutes. Put aside for 5 minutes to set.
Meanwhile, mix together the whipped topping and 3/4 cups of cookie crumbs in a medium bowl until combined.
Layer 1/4 cup of chocolate pudding, 2 tablespoons of cookie crumbs and 1/4 cup of whipped topping in six glasses or jars. Repeat the layers and top with a chocolate sandwich cookie.
Recipe Tip: Parfaits can be made the day before and refrigerated until ready to serve. Top with the sandwich cookies just before serving.
