- In a large bowl mix together the garlic, salt, soy sauce, tomato paste, vegetable oil, black pepper, and oregano until well mixed.
- Place steaks in a large gallon bag along with the marinade. Marinate for 8-10 hours or overnights, refrigerated.
- Bake, grill or broil until no longer pink in the center. Enjoy!
