Directions

  1. Wash peppers and remove seeds, then slice into thin strips. Place the peppers in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, thoroughly whisk together the lemon juice, honey, garlic powder, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the peppers, and mix until the peppers are completely coated.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour or more, then top with grated cheese if desired.
