Try this take on a fresh spring salad that includes Japanese curly noodles, shaved radishes, snow peas, green beans and cabbage. Get the recipe!
- Steam green beans for 4 minutes and set aside.
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and cool.
- Add cabbage, radishes, onions, green beans and noodles in large bowl and stir.
- Combine vinegar, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl and whisk until well combined. Pour over salad and stir.
