  1. Steam green beans for 4 minutes and set aside.
  2. Cook noodles according to package directions, drain and cool.
  3. Add cabbage, radishes, onions, green beans and noodles in large bowl and stir.
  4. Combine vinegar, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl and whisk until well combined. Pour over salad and stir.
