Green, frosty and refreshing, this sweet float treat is perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or on a warm spring or summer day. Made with lime sherbet and citrusy soda, then topped with whipped cream and a rainbow candy belt, each glass looks like a puffy white cloud with a colorful rainbow. And although you may not find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, you’re certainly bound to find a new drink recipe that your whole family will enjoy.
