Frozen Cucumber Margaritas

Mild and mellow, nothing beats a refreshing cucumber margarita for relaxing on a warm spring day. Basil adds a savory touch to this tropical drink, making it the tastiest green beverage around!

Directions

  1. Cut cucumbers lengthwise. With a small spoon, remove the seeds and discard. Roughly chop cucumber and place in blender.
  2. Add lime juice, sugar, tequila, orange liqueur, ice, and basil (if using).
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately in chilled glasses, or freeze for up to four hours.
