- In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup sugar, and the butter, mixing thoroughly. Press the mixture into a 9x13 pan and bake in a 350-degree oven for 6 to 7 minutes. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
- In another bowl, combine the vanilla, cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Add the layer of lime sherbet on top of the cream cheese mixture. Cover and freeze overnight (at least 8 hours).
- Remove from the freezer, cut into squares, and serve! Top with whipped cream.
