How do you make alcoholic popsicles? Freeze strawberry rosé for sweet, boozy ice pops that'll make your cookout adult-friendly. Try them out this summer!

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the pears, the strawberries, the raspberries, the grapefruit juice, the sugar, and the rosé and blend until thoroughly combined and smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture to remove the seeds.
  3. Pour the mixture into your ice pop molds (stop filing about ½ inch from the top of the molds). Place them in the freezer for about an hour.
  4. Remove from the freezer and insert as many sliced strawberries as you can fit into each mold. Add a popsicle stick to each one, then return to the freezer. Freeze overnight.
