- Makes 10 Popsicles
How do you make alcoholic popsicles? Freeze strawberry rosé for sweet, boozy ice pops that'll make your cookout adult-friendly. Try them out this summer!
- In a blender, combine the pears, the strawberries, the raspberries, the grapefruit juice, the sugar, and the rosé and blend until thoroughly combined and smooth.
- Strain the mixture to remove the seeds.
- Pour the mixture into your ice pop molds (stop filing about ½ inch from the top of the molds). Place them in the freezer for about an hour.
- Remove from the freezer and insert as many sliced strawberries as you can fit into each mold. Add a popsicle stick to each one, then return to the freezer. Freeze overnight.
