This isn't your typical tomato and vegetable salsa...this is much, much sweeter :). The cinnamon sugar chips are the best dippers for this "salsa".
- In a large bowl, mix all of your diced fruits and mix in the preserves. Place in a the fridge for 15-20 to cool before serving.
- Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray nonstick spray to a cookie sheet. Arrange cut up tortilla pieces and spray the tops with cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake for 6-8 minutes, just until crisp.
