These colorful bites of fresh fruit are great for a party appetizer or for kids to make!


Select ingredients:


  1. Cut each piece of fruit into bite-sized pieces.
  2. On each skewer, slide on one piece of each fruit.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine lemon zest, honey and juice.
  4. Drizzle over fruit skewers and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
  5. Serve immediately or cover and chill, no longer than 1 hour.
