- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, for about 4 minutes, stirring frequently. During the last 30 seconds of cooking, add in garlic. Transfer from heat and set aside.
- Using the same skillet, cook yellow pepper, broccoli, and Knorr® Rice SidesTM - Creamy Chicken flavor according to package directions.
- Stir in chicken, 1/4 cup Parmesan and 2 tablespoons basil. Sprinkle remaining Parmesan and basil on top.
