A baked brie is a gloriously gooey version of a cheese plate that truly could not be easier to prepare. Garden-fresh herbs, summer berries and glazed pecans make lovely toppings on a round of perfectly melted brie (that just needs 15 minutes in the oven to get nice and toasty). Served with sliced baguette, this sweet and savory snack is an impressive way to entertain while still making your budget go further. Pair with a bottle of Barefoot Moscato for an extra splash of enhanced flavor.

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Place the brie in a baking dish slightly larger than the wheel of cheese. Using a knife, score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern.
  3. Mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over the top of the brie.
  4. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the interior of the cheese has melted. Top with the berries and pecans, then serve with the toasted baguette rounds immediately.

Recipe Tip: For even melting, allow the brie cheese wheel to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before topping and baking."
