- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Place the brie in a baking dish slightly larger than the wheel of cheese. Using a knife, score the top of the brie in a crisscross pattern.
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spread the mixture over the top of the brie.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until the interior of the cheese has melted. Top with the berries and pecans, then serve with the toasted baguette rounds immediately.
Recipe Tip: For even melting, allow the brie cheese wheel to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before topping and baking."
