Garlic Asparagus

Stressed out? Eat asparagus! This quick dish comes together in only a matter of minutes. Research has shown asparagus helps relieve stress when eaten. So, eat up!

  1. Wash asparagus and cut off the ends.
  2. Heat 1 Tbsp. olive oil on Medium-Low in a pan.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until it starts to turn golden brown.
  4. Add asparagus.
  5. Toss to coat in olive oil and garlic. Add salt and pepper and remaining olive oil.
  6. Cook until asparagus is bright green and tender – about 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
