Prepare a fancy, romantic meal for your loved on for whatever the occasion may be. A perfect serving of two, it can also be doubled to tripled to be made for a hungry crowd. Go ahead and splurge, and serve with a glass of Pinot Grigio that goes perfectly with lobster!


Select ingredients:


  1. Cover a baking sheet with foil and place the lobster tails on it.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the butter and all of the other ingredients and pour the mixture over the two lobster tails.
  3. Place the lobster tails until the broiler and broil until well-cooked.
  4. Serve with a side of additional melted butter, if desired.
