Garlic Butter Shrimp with Mixed Greens

A quick, simple dish for shrimp lovers. This meal only takes 15 minutes, tops!

  1. In a 5-quart sauté pan over medium heat, melt two tablespoons of butter. Add one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Blend with butter.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2 to 3 minutes. Set shrimp aside, leaving remaining oil and butter in pan.

  4. In same sauté pan, melt the remaining 6 tablespoons of butter. Add garlic and stir until fragrant, about 10 seconds
  5. 5. Reduce heat to medium low. Add mixed greens. Gently stir until greens are slightly wilted, about 1 minute. Add shrimp and fold into mixed greens. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper blend.
