  1. Drain chick peas, reserving about 1/2 of liquid
  2. Combine chick peas and remaining ingredients in food processor, and purée until smooth. Add some of the reserved chick pea liquid, being careful not to thin too much.
  3. Serve with chips, crackers, or veggies
