A flavorful, fast weeknight dinner.
- 1. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat to 425 degrees.
2. Mix together mustard, garlic, sugar, and salt in a large bowl then toss chicken thighs in mustard mixture. Place chicken pieces on foil lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, or until internal temperature of chicken in 165 degrees. Serve immediately with mustard and sliced green onions.
