  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease 9x9 baking dish. In a large bowl toss cleansed and cut mushrooms with olives, garlic, salt, garlic salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley, and olive oil. Place in prepared casserole dish. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
