- Melt butter in a large sauce pan over medium high heat, once butter has melted add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add kale and cook stirring often until kale has fully wilted, about 8 minutes.
Sprinkle kale with flour and toss until flour is no longer visible, add cream and cook stirring often until cream has thickened, about 3 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
