A quick, easy and healthy dinner that's ready in 30 minutes!

Directions

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Layer cabbage, uncooked rice, onion, raw crumbled ground meat, salt and pepper, then tomatoes.
  3. Cover with lid and simmer 25-35 minutes until rice, cabbage and burger are done.
  4. Do not stir or lift lid until done.
  5. Optional: When done, top with corn, black beans and avocado.
