Directions

  1. Boil spinach and artichokes in 1 cup of water until tender and drain. Discard liquid.
  2. Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute or until hot and soft.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese, Monterrey jack cheese.
  4. Serve with gluten free crackers or chips
