Gnocchi with creamy red pepper sauce.

  1. Purree roasted peppers in food processor and set aside. In medium sauce pan, combine pepper puree, alfredo sauce, sherry wine and tabasco sauce:simmer over low heat about 10 minutes remove from heat. Stir in fresh basil, spoon over hot gnocchi, toss to coat well. Garnish with basil leaves.
