Directions

  1. Tear the spinach into small pieces and put into a large bowl.
  2. Break the oranges up into small sections and add to the spinach.
  3. Break walnuts into small pieces and add to the spinach mix.
  4. Add feta cheese crumbles to the spinach mix.
  5. In a small bowl, combine the apple cider vinegar, olive oil and salt and pepper. Whisk until well blended.
  6. Add the vinaigrette to the spinach mix and toss well.
  7. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
