Your children won't want to buy lunch ever again once they try this slightly sweet chicken salad. If the grapes are small feel free to leave them whole if choking isn't a concern. Serve with apples and pears for a fiber and fruit packed meal.
- In a small bowl, stir together the chicken, grapes, mayonnaise, celery, onion, salt and pepper.
- Spoon into lettuce leaf. Serve with chopped apple and baby pear.
