- In a large bowl, carefully toss the parsley, onion, green pepper, red pepper, cucumbers, Feta cheese and Romaine lettuce with your hands.
- Whisk together the oregano, olive oil, and lemon juice, and then add salt and pepper to taste.

- Cut the pita rounds in half. Fill each half with the salad mixture and enjoy.
