Green Bean Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Feta and Dill

Crisp salad tossed with a simple, yet delicious red wine vinaigrette.


Select ingredients:


  1. Red Wine Vinaigrette:
  2. Mix together and set aside.
  3. For Salad:
  4. Turn on grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Mix green beans with salt, pepper, and 2 tbs olive oil.
  6. With remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper, drizzle onion, scallions and tomatoes.
  7. Remove excess oil from green beans and place on hot grill, be mindful of flames flaring up.
  8. Remove beans once they've been lightly charred, not all beans need to be charred, let cool.
  9. Skewer tomatoes, onion and scallions and place on grill, cut side down.
  10. With both sides being lightly charred, remove tomato skewers from grill and mix in with green beans when cool.
  11. Cut scallions and add to bowl along with dill, feta and vinaigrette. Salt and pepper to taste.
