  1. WASH POTATOES SLICE IN HALF BROWN IN OIL. REMOVE WHEN BROWNED
  2. ADD GREEN BEANS TO CAST IRON PAN. COVER TO ABOUT HALF OF THE GREEN BEANS SLICE ONION THIN AND ADD TO BEANS COVER AND COOK ON MED LOW. STIR OFTEN. WHEN ONIONS ARE ALMOST TENDER RETURN POTATOES COVER AND CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL POTATOES ARE DONE. YOU MAY ADD MORE BROTH IF NEEDED. SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. KEEP WARM FOR SERVING OR YOU CAN STORE IN FRIDGE OVERNIGHT THEN REHEAT THEM IN THE PAN.
