Select ingredients:


  1. In a blender, combine kale, grapes, cucumber, apple, honey, lemon juice and water.
  2. Blend on high scraping down sides occasionally, until smooth. Strain juice and, if desired, thin with additional water.
  3. Garnish with a fresh kale leaf and cucumber slice (optional).
