Make dinner easy by slow cooking an entire meal in one pot and serving up a maple glazed ham with black eyed peas and collard greens.

Select ingredients:

  1. Place the onions, broth, black eyed peas, apple cider and apple cider vinegar into the slow cooker. Place the ham into the slow cooker.
  2. Stir together the maple syrup and mustard and drizzle over the ham.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or until the ham is warm all the way through and peas are cooked.
  4. Uncover and add collard greens. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour or until tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Spoon juices over ham and enjoy.
