Grilled BBQ Chicken and Veggies

Here's a delicious chicken dinner without the mess! Use your favorite in-season veggies to accompany your chicken - just about any veggie works!


Select ingredients:


  1. Prepare all vegetables.
  2. Layer two 12x15-inch sheets of aluminum foil to create a thicker foil packet.
  3. Place a piece of chicken breast in the middle. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Generously coat the chicken with ¼ cup barbecue sauce.
  5. Arrange ¼ of the vegetables around the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Repeat steps to create 3 more foil packets.
  7. Fold the foil over and crimp the edges to form a tight seal. Place on the grill for approximately 30 minutes (flip once during cooking).
  8. Unwrap and enjoy!
