Prepare all vegetables.
Layer two 12x15-inch sheets of aluminum foil to create a thicker foil packet.
Place a piece of chicken breast in the middle. Season with salt and pepper.
Generously coat the chicken with ¼ cup barbecue sauce.
Arrange ¼ of the vegetables around the chicken. Season with salt and pepper.
- Repeat steps to create 3 more foil packets.
Fold the foil over and crimp the edges to form a tight seal. Place on the grill for approximately 30 minutes (flip once during cooking).
Unwrap and enjoy!
