Every grill master needs a go-to marinade for steak night, and this flavor-packed version does double duty! First, the bourbon in it helps to tenderize the meat by breaking down some of the tougher proteins. Second, the bourbon’s toasty, malty notes play off the smokiness of the grill, amplifying the meat’s flavor so much you’ll think you went to a steakhouse — without the restaurant-style bill!

Directions
- Place the steaks in a large zip-close bag. Whisk together the bourbon, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Add the marinade to the bag and turn to evenly coat the steaks. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat. Remove the steaks from the marinade. Discard the marinade. Grill the steaks for 5-8 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Transfer the steaks to a serving platter and loosely cover with aluminum foil. Allow to rest at least 5 minutes before serving.
