Grilling hot wings is a great alternative to frying--not only is it lower in fat, the grill gives it a lovely smoky flavor.
- Prepare charcoal grill according to manufacturer's instructions.
- In a medium bowl, toss the wings with the salt, chipotle, pepper, garlic powder and canola oil. Place in a grill basket in the grill.
- Grill over medium-high heat turning occasionally until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and into a clean bowl. Toss with sauce and serve.
