Fresh bell pepper, basil, and grilled chicken top off an alfredo and mozzarella coated flatbread base to make a delicious pizza. Great as an appetizer, side, snack, or meal!
- Spread 2 Tbsp alfredo sauce on each piece of flatbread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the alfredo sauce.
Add chicken, peppers, and basil. Top with a bit more mozzarella.
- Bake on a foil lined baking sheet for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees Farenheit.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
