- In a large bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, kosher salt, oregano, and oil.
- Add in the plum wedges, the pieces of chicken, and the onion. Toss to coat thoroughly.
- Thread the plums, chicken, and onions onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Cook on a medium-high grill. (Brush the grill with oil just before cooking.) Place the skewers on the grill and cook, turning occasionally, for 15 to 20 minutes or until the chicken pieces are thoroughly cooked.
