Grilled Chive Bread

Your next sensational appetizer starts here! Simply wrap these in foil and pop on the grill--you'll be munching on perfection in no time!


Select ingredients:


  1. Slice the loaves in half, lengthwise.
  2. In a bowl, combine the butter, chives, rosemary, garlic powder, and parmesan. Spread the mixture evenly on the bread.
  3. Sprinkle with mozzarella, and add tomatoes if desired. Loosely wrap each loaf in heavy duty aluminum foil.
  4. Position the wrapped loaves on the grill and heat until the cheese is melted. Watch carefully—these loaves like to burn!
  5. Remove from the grill and serve.
