- Slice the loaves in half, lengthwise.
- In a bowl, combine the butter, chives, rosemary, garlic powder, and parmesan. Spread the mixture evenly on the bread.
- Sprinkle with mozzarella, and add tomatoes if desired. Loosely wrap each loaf in heavy duty aluminum foil.
- Position the wrapped loaves on the grill and heat until the cheese is melted. Watch carefullyâthese loaves like to burn!
- Remove from the grill and serve.
