Grilled Flank Steak

This grilled flank steak is big on flavor and easy on the wallet.

  1. Combine first eight ingredients to make marinade. Cover meat with marinade and refrigerate at minimum of 4-6 hours up to 24 hours, turning meat occasionally.
  2. Heat grill to medium-high. Clean grill grates well, and spray well with use non-stick spray.
  3. Cook flank steak over direct heat 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Remove steak from heat and cover, letting it rest 10 minutes.
  4. Cut meat across the grain into thin slices.
