This grilled flank steak is big on flavor and easy on the wallet.
- Combine first eight ingredients to make marinade. Cover meat with marinade and refrigerate at minimum of 4-6 hours up to 24 hours, turning meat occasionally.
- Heat grill to medium-high. Clean grill grates well, and spray well with use non-stick spray.
- Cook flank steak over direct heat 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees. Remove steak from heat and cover, letting it rest 10 minutes.
Cut meat across the grain into thin slices.
