This foil is packed with flavor blending grilled sausage, shrimp, peppers. corn and zucchini with a garlic herb and honey coating.
- Preheat the outdoor grill to medium to high heat (about 400 degrees F)
- In a large bowl combine the prepared vegetables, shrimp, smoked sausage, and seasonings. Stir with a spoon to coat everything evenly.
- Place a generous amount of the mixture into the center of a large piece of thick aluminum foil. Fold up to create a secure enclosure. Place on the grill and cook about 6 minutes each side. Carefully flip to cook the other side.
- Cook until vegetables are tender and the shrimp is pink. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy immediately.
