Prepare all of your ingredients. Get your grill heated up and ready to go.

In a bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes, then set aside 1/3 of this to serve with your cooked chicken later

Using the remaining 2/3s of the sauce, coat both sides of each piece of chicken. (Then discard this bowl of sauce and do not re-use.)

Prepare four heavy-duty aluminum foil pouches (approx. 14 inches long) and place one piece of chicken in the middle of each one.

Add your assorted vegetables as shown.

Add the pineapple.

Add salt and pepper as desired.

Roll up the sides of the foil and crimp together to form a seal (seal both ends as well).

Place the foil packets on a hot grill, then reduce the heat to medium; grill each packet for approximately 20 minutes, flipping halfway (10 minutes per side). (Be sure that your chicken is cooked thoroughly; test the internal temperature of the meat with a meat thermometer to ensure that it has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.)

Open the packet (Careful! It will be HOT!) and serve with the reserved sauce. Enjoy!
