- Turn on the grill for high heat.
- Squeeze lemon juice into a small bowl, and slowly mix in olive oil. Add in salt, paprika, white pepper, and garlic powder. Use a large knife to divide the lobster tails lengthwise, and then apply the marinade along the flesh side of tail.
- Lightly coat the grill grate with oil. Place the flesh side of the tails down on the preheated grill. Cook for 10 to 12 minutes, turning once, and brushing frequently with marinade. Dispose of any remaining marinade. Lobster is ready to serve when it is opaque and dense.
