This insanely delicious summer salad is full of protein. With Nature's Place chicken breast and walnut mint vinaigrette, it will leave you full of nutrients!

- Lightly season chicken breast with salt and pepper and grill over medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 165˚. Set aside.
- Grill peach slices 2-3 minutes until light brown grill marks appear. Set aside.
- Blend oil, vinegar, mint, 1/4 cup walnuts, mustard, and honey into a smooth vinaigrette.
- In a large bowl, toss arugula in dressing. Top with remaining walnuts, grilled peaches, chicken and crumbled feta cheese. Serve!
