Grilled Peach Salad with Chicken & Feta with Walnut Mint Vinaigrette

This insanely delicious summer salad is full of protein. With Nature's Place chicken breast and walnut mint vinaigrette, it will leave you full of nutrients!


Select ingredients:


  1. Lightly season chicken breast with salt and pepper and grill over medium-high heat until internal temperature reaches 165˚. Set aside.
  2. Grill peach slices 2-3 minutes until light brown grill marks appear. Set aside.
  3. Blend oil, vinegar, mint, 1/4 cup walnuts, mustard, and honey into a smooth vinaigrette.
  4. In a large bowl, toss arugula in dressing. Top with remaining walnuts, grilled peaches, chicken and crumbled feta cheese. Serve!
