Nothing smells better than a pork chop grilling outdoors on a summer night. Grab a few, throw them in a great marinate for a few hours and host a party in the backyard. This meat is healthy and delicious and a real crowd pleaser.
Ingredients
Directions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, beer, brown sugar, vinegar, mustard, cumin and finely diced garlic. Whisk to combine well.
- Place the pork chops in the marinate and refrigerate for a minimum of one hour.
- Heat grill or grill pan to high heat. Remove pork from marinate and dry with a paper towel. Sprinkle with the rosemary and let it come up to nearly room temperature.
- Place pork on the grill and sear for 3 minutes each side. Lower heat to medium and grill, flipping every 3 minutes until cooked through, roughly 10 minutes total - depending on thickness.
