Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Garlic and Ginger

Once you make the marinade there’s nothing to do, but let the pork soak up the juices for at least four hours or overnight.

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a non-metallic baking dish.
  2. Add pork, and marinate for at least 4 hours. If you prefer, you can put it all in a gallon sealable bag.
  3. Grill for 25 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 155, turning every five minutes.
  4. Let sit for five minutes, then cut into ½” slices and serve with rice and a green vegetable.
