Once you make the marinade there’s nothing to do, but let the pork soak up the juices for at least four hours or overnight.
Add all ingredients to a non-metallic baking dish.
Add pork, and marinate for at least 4 hours. If you prefer, you can put it all in a gallon sealable bag.
Grill for 25 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 155, turning every five minutes.
- Let sit for five minutes, then cut into ½” slices and serve with rice and a green vegetable.
