Enjoy s’mores in a new and tasty way – cooked on the grill! Our Grilled S’mores recipe still features the classic ingredients, but you’ll use mini marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate chips instead. You can also add peanut butter, white chocolate or butterscotch chips for some different flavors. Then, after grilling, either eat these s’mores like nachos or use a fork or spoon. To get the marshmallows nice and brown (like you’ve roasted them over a campfire), pop them in the oven to broil for a couple of minutes.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat your grill to medium heat. Break up the graham crackers into small pieces and arrange a layer on the bottom of an aluminum baking pan or cast-iron skillet.
- Scatter a layer of mini marshmallows over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of chocolate chips. Repeat layers of graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips until all the ingredients have been used.
- Cover the pan (or skillet) with aluminum foil and place over the grill or campfire.
-
Cook until the chocolate and marshmallows have melted, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove foil and serve immediately.
*Tip: Make this in the oven by baking in a 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
