Enjoy s’mores in a new and tasty way – cooked on the grill! Our Grilled S’mores recipe still features the classic ingredients, but you’ll use mini marshmallows and semi-sweet chocolate chips instead. You can also add peanut butter, white chocolate or butterscotch chips for some different flavors. Then, after grilling, either eat these s’mores like nachos or use a fork or spoon. To get the marshmallows nice and brown (like you’ve roasted them over a campfire), pop them in the oven to broil for a couple of minutes.

Select ingredients:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium heat. Break up the graham crackers into small pieces and arrange a layer on the bottom of an aluminum baking pan or cast-iron skillet.
  2. Scatter a layer of mini marshmallows over the graham crackers, followed by a layer of chocolate chips. Repeat layers of graham crackers, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips until all the ingredients have been used.
  3. Cover the pan (or skillet) with aluminum foil and place over the grill or campfire.
  4. Cook until the chocolate and marshmallows have melted, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove foil and serve immediately.

*Tip: Make this in the oven by baking in a 350°F for 8 to 10 minutes.
