If you like scallops, why not try them on the grill? Here's how.
- Oil and preheat your grill to medium-high. Brush the scallops with oil (both sides) and then sprinkle them with salt, pepper, and lemon pepper.
- Place the scallops on skewers and lay them on the grill. Grill 2 to 3 minutes on each side, and check for doneness.
- Grill your Meyer lemons as well.
- Serve the scallops and lemons with fresh chives.
