In just 30 minutes, grill up these fresh large sea scallops and serve with a refreshing home-made avocado and honeydew salsa.

- Start up the grill. Mix the lime zest and juice with the 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large bowl. Carefully mix in the diced honeydew melon and avocado using a rubber spatula. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the salsa.
- Drizzle olive oil over the scallops and sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Grill the scallops over high heat, flipping once, for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until nicely charred.
- Arrange the scallops on plates and add the desired amount of salsa.
